When you use PesaPayer, we collect:

• Payment Details: UPI ID, transaction amount, timestamp, reference ID
• Account Info: Email, company name
• API Usage: API calls, response times, error codes

3. What We Don't Store

• ❌ Full card numbers or CVV
• ❌ Full UPI credentials
• ❌ Biometric data

4. How We Use Your Data

• ✓ Process UPI payments and settlements
• ✓ Provide API access and monitoring
• ✓ Prevent fraud and unauthorized access
• ✓ Improve our service

5. Data Storage & Security

Location: All data stored in India.
Encryption: TLS 1.3 in transit. 256-bit AES at rest.
Access: Only authorized employees. All access logged.

6. Data Sharing

We share data with RBI-regulated banks for settlement only. No third-party sales.

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request all your data anytime
• Deletion: Request deletion. Purged within 30 days.
• Correction: Update your account information
