1. Agreement

By using PesaPayer, you agree to these terms. Continued use means you accept changes.

2. What PesaPayer Is

Internal UPI payment gateway for company apps and systems. Direct settlement through RBI-regulated banks.

3. Usage Rules

Users agree to:

• ✓ Use for internal company transactions only
• ✓ Not spam or abuse the API
• ✓ Keep API keys secure and rotated
• ✓ Report security issues within 48 hours

4. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Not liable for downtime losses. We may have maintenance or emergency downtime.

5. Fees & Pricing

Usage-based and negotiated per customer. Transparent cost drivers. No hidden fees. Changes with 30 days notice.

6. Payment Disputes

Report within 90 days. UPI transactions are irreversible. Refunds via UPI return.

7. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue. Liability limited to fees paid in last 3 months.

8. Account Termination

We can terminate if you violate terms, engage in fraud, or pose security risk. Effective immediately.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through negotiation first. Then arbitration in India under Indian law.
